Why am i so emotional?

Really this is driving me crazy!
I just burst into tears because someone spoke to me in a bad way on the phone! I don't even care about this sort of thing and now im at my desk in tears!
Do we all get like this for no reason? Is this just in the female hormones?

kinda similar i suppose, i always tend to break down in tears to stupid little things that normally make me laugh.

the best way is to help others who are emotionally weak like you
try to meet new people daily
try to make lots of friends
be brave and have faith in someone whom you can tell every thing about your life

Some women - espacially women - are really good at getting emotional. Don't let it stop you - you can train yourself to last longer if it bothers you - this you can do by thinking of something good/happy or even if your real angry. I hope this will help a bit - because I cry easly too - sometimes just because I don't know how else to react.
I talked with my friends and so on, and they help me a lot with this.
