I have had my jointer in use for several months now. No doubt that it is the best value in it's price range. Dead on out of the box. Fence was simple and quick to attach and adjust. Attaching the unit to the stand takes a little doing though, as on of the bolts must be passed up into the dust chute area. Tad tight! Adjusting the belt is best done by using good old gravity. Just leave the bolts loose, and when you turn the unit upright it will tighten by itself. So far I have run Pine, Cherry, Walnut, Red Oak and White Oak into it and it does not miss a beat.
